Shelsley Walsh 21st September 2008

Seventh event in a Force  hillclimb car, first time at Shelsley with this car, only the third time I have driven at Shelsley. A very  challenging course, plenty of scenery to hit. First practice, visor steamed up 32.63 seconds. Second practice saw me improve, as I could see where I was going, 31.42 recorded. First timed run resulted in a 30.94 second time, 19.75 to Bottom Ess, a good run, very pleased with the time. Final run of the day, braked too heavily into bottom Ess, locked up, yielded 31.61, 19.80 to Bottom Ess. A great day no rain, course dry ,sunny and warm autumnal day, best weekend in September this year.

 First in class out of three cars recording a time..And 10 points towards Richard Egger Insurance HSA Hillclimb and Sprint Championship.
